Als Regional Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de verkoop van producten aan nieuwe bedrijven, als het beheren van bestaande klanten. Als account manager adviseer je je klanten bij hun projecten, vragen en (technische) uitdagingen.
> Zowel aannemers, architecten en eindklanten zullen je gesprekspartners worden.
Je komt terecht in een dynamische - internationale organisatie met veel doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Onze klant produceert grondstoffen voor bouwbedrijven & installateurs. Zij zijn wereldwijd actief en groeiden uit tot marktleider.
Wij zoeken een sales coach / manager.
Het sales team bestaat uit 3 technical account managers (1 België, 1 Nederland, 1 Duitsland) en zal verder worden uitgebreid in 2024.
Bij die uitbreiding neem jij een actieve rol op.

Are you experienced with asset management, device tracking, big data, cloud based systems, SaaS,..?Would you describe yourself as entrepreneurial, agile, driven and pragmatic who is willing to go the extra mile?You will be the primary key account manager for one of our the largest and most significant global clients. Responsible for growing and sustaining business within this account. You'll be liaising internally with different stakeholders (product management, marketing, support, management, ..).
Our customer is a software provider helping businesses better understand, manage and protect their IT devices and network. With customers all over the world and various locations/offices you'll manage one of their biggest customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Lead other people in the company to collaborate with your customer.
Manage improvement plans.
Identify the account needs and requirements; prioritize projects.
Track sales progress.
You have >5 years experience in managing key accounts with SaaS or software vendor.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in reporting, prioritizing.
Very good communicator (German & English)
TeamViewer experience is considered as a plus
