Sales Employee Business Manager Commercial Real Estate

Looking for a sales role where you can combine B2B sales efforts with organizing several professional events?

Where a sense of ownership, people skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are key assets?

We are currently looking for an experienced business manager to start-up a new location for one of our clients.

Our customer is a fast-growing company managing 9 unique co-working and office spaces all over Belgium.

They value great design and aim to build awesome – cooperative business communities.

Your responsibilities

You are the sales pioneer during the launch of their new office space in Antwerp!

This means that you will make sure the office spaces are filled with ambitious new companies.

Once the first clients have moved in – you will manage the community and make sure the offering fits their professional needs in the best way possible!

This includes organizing tons of interesting guest speakers, webinars, after work drinks, team building concepts and so on.

 

Off course you will have the support of two office managers for the organizational and administrative part – and you will take part in the recruitment of these two profiles.

 

About you?

  • You have 3-7 years of experience in a similar role or in the world of entrepreneurship
  • Your colleagues would describe you as an enthusiastic, commercial and team-oriented person!
  • Dutch and English are two key assets for this role
