As the ambassador of successful, long term customer relations you will be responsible for:
> Setting up workshops with new clients
> Onboarding new clients within your portfolio
> Account Management (up-and cross sell)
You will work in close collaboration with the product & IT department to help with trouble shooting and optimizing the platform.
In short you are the go-to-person for all after-sales matters within your client portfolio.
