Management Employee Sales Manager SaaS Data Management

Right now they are looking for a new sales manager to join their tribe of 23 colleagues in Antwerp.

The role?

Since your main responsibility is to manage and grow the sales team exponentially you will divide your time according to the following priorities:

  • 50% – coaching the sales team in the field
  • 25% – hiring new sales talent to sustain the growth potential
  • 25% – improving the structure of the sales team and setting up new processes

 

Your profile?

You have at least 5-10 years experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment

You thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment

Your trackrecord shows a minimum of 2 years people management experience
