That’s why they are currently looking for an outbound sales team leader to oversee their growth in the Belgian, French and U.K. teams.
We are looking for 360 sales professionals with a first experience in team management.
> You are responsible for the management and training of the current SDR and AE staff for the regions of France and the U.K. (FTE 8 people)
> You ensure a solid growth of the team and have a sense for recruiting the perfect new team members
> Follow-up on deal closing from your team and support where needed
> Preferably you have a solid 3 years of previous BDR experience followed by a first management role
> You are comfortable to negotiate complex deals in an enterprise environment
> You are fluent in French and English – it would be a plus if your Dutch is also good
