Sales Employee Showroom manager

Our customer is a producer of high-end interior design building materials. Having offices all over the world, they are looking for a showroom manager for their new showroom center in Antwerp.

Your tasks will include guest relations, consultations and events coordination. The goal is to identify and generate sales leads and partner with the local sales team, your customer service colleagues, the showroom specialists, .. which allows them to follow up on the leads and convert into deals. You will also be assigned local accounts that you will manage and generate revenue from. 

  • You will guide / manage one or more showroom specialists
  • You will introduce prospects / customers (construction companies, architects, designers, etc.) to the showroom.
  • You will welcome guests and provide them an excellent customer experience.
  • You will be in contact with customers over the phone, face-to-face, video calls, e-mails, …
  • You will work with your sales colleagues in order to increase traffic in the showroom in order to convert a lead into a deal.
  • Every customer visit, call, .. will be reported in Salesforce for further follow-up.
  • Together with your colleagues you will co-organize events (invitations, catering, publicity, ..).

Your profile
Ideally you already have some sales, marketing or customer service experience within a design driven environment or building materials.
You already managed a small team.
You have a passion for interior design.
You are goal driven and a team player.
Strong administrative skills (Salesforce, CRM).
